Questions, answered

Is it really free?

Yes. Every feature is free for everyone. There are no paid plans, no trial, and nothing is locked away.

Why do I need an account?

Your account keeps your decks, pictures, sounds and progress in step across your Macs, and lets you share decks and vote in the community. It takes an e-mail and a password.

Do you sell my data?

No. There are no ads and nothing is sold. Your cards live on your Mac and sync through your account, and you can export them to Anki or CSV at any time.

Which Macs does it run on?

macOS 14 Sonoma or later, on Apple silicon and Intel.
